Executive Assistant (EA)

Job Duties:
  • Schedule appointments and meetings of the Director to maximize efficiency
  • Handle contacts, emails, letters and telephone calls
  • Assist, advise, an support Director in internal and external affairs
  • Prepare, finalize, and follow up the meeting minutes of the company
  • Preparation of company business plan and business report
  • Identify and performing administrative and other duties that may arise from time to time and which contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Director's office
  • Be available for occasional work duties that may involve evening

Requirements:
1. Female, max 30 years old with good personality
2. D3/S1 Degree from reputable university majoring in Secretarial
3. 3 – 4 years working experience as a secretary or an executive assistant
4. Strong computer skill in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and other programs
5. Outstanding analytical skills and organized work habit
6. Superior inter-personal skills with positive work attitude, ethnics and a team player
7. Excellent written and oral communication skill in both Indonesia and English
